摘　　要：分析分布在互联网上众多生物信息数据库资源现状,以分布式异构数据库Mediator/Wrapper集成方式为基础提供具体查询应用解决方案,实现用户访问的集成检索与分析功能。With the fast development of Intemet, the biological information databases via web are growing at a rapid rate. But how to take full use of these resources is a big problem to researehers, the effieieney of eustom browsing and querying meehanism is too low, this article provides an aetual applieation to provide uniform transparent aeeess based on Mediator/Wrapper to biologieal databases whieh distribute on Web.
