摘　　要：总结了现阶段常用程序设计教学语言的共性,在此基础上提出了程序设计语言通用测试系统的设计方案。方案扩展了试题库的含义和结构,针对通用平台的设计目标,提出了"插件式"的题库管理方案,简要介绍了以蓝图为中心的组卷策略和基于XML的蓝图结构,并阐述了程序设计的阅卷策略和系统实现过程中的若干关键技术。To put forward a proposal of general examination system of programming language, this paper summarizes the common features of the teaching programming language. This proposal expands the meaning and structure of item bank and a ＂plug-in＂ type of item bank management programs is raised. The strategy of paper generating and the xml-based structure of blueprint is briefly introduced. At last,some key technologies and the stratigy of paper valuating is elaborated.
