摘　　要：该系统基于清华大学设备购置审批的实际，是将网络技术、数据库技术和设备管理技术融合为一体的研究开发项目。该系统采用B／S三层网络传输结构，使用面向对象的Web编程技术开发而成，实现了仪器购置审批的网络化。该文详述了系统的架构、用户及其功能，并对其在清华大学大型仪器设备购置审批工作中的应用进行了分析。The system , which integrates the database technology with the network technology, is a research and development project that accommodates to the practice of the equipment purchase and examination in Tsinghua University. The system adopted the B/S three- level network transfer technique and realized the equipment- purchase examination via network. The paper expatiates on structures, users and functions of the system, and analyzes its application in the university.
