摘 要:采用L9(3^4)正交试验设计研究扦插基质、插条部位及ABT浓度对榉树萌发条扦插生根的影响.结果显示:采用实生苗截干后萌发的穗条扦插,以均匀混入腐殖土的土壤作基质,中部插条,插条粗0.6~1.0cm,1000mg/LABT生根粉液浸泡15~20min后的扦插方案最好,扦插生根成活率可达93%,根系发育好,植株生长健壮,2、3月份扦插的苗木当年可以出圃造林.Orthogonal design was adopted to study the impact of cutting' s medium, position and ABT density on rooting of the sprout of Zelkova schneideriana . The result revealed that the optimal scheme for the cutting was the soil which was evenly mixed with humus soil as medium, 0.6-1.0 cm middle scions and dipping in 1 000 mg/L ABT about 15-20 min, the survival rate amounted to 93% and in good growth of root. Thus, in such way seedlings by cutting could be afforested in the mountains from the garden in January and February in the same year.
