摘　　要：现代背景下,人文社会科学与自然科学、工程技术一样越来越社会化,即处在有组织的社会建制体系之中。但与此同时,它仍然保留着相当多的"小科学"特征。所有这些建制化和非建制化的因素,以及与之相关的科学承认、奖励、资助、报酬等建制结构,是从事人文社会科学评价活动时,不能不考虑的抽象外部环境。In modern society, just like the natural science and technology, humanities and social science are also becoming more and more socialized, under an organized social system, namely scientific organizational structure. At the same time, it still remains much feature naturally of ＂little science＂. All the factors, within the organizational structure or not, as well as the related structure such as scientific acknowledgement, prize, funding, and reward systems, together form an abstract environment which ought to be considered for humanities and social science research evaluation.
