摘　　要：通过比较压滴法、扦片直接法、扦片复合法、小室培养法,并进行若干制片技巧的改良,完成模式微生物粗糙链孢霉无性、有性两种繁殖方式完整标本的制作.其中采用扦片复合法及改良制片技巧所得的菌种标本效果最佳,实用性强.To perform the making of pattern microbe, Neurospore crassa, complete specimens for agamogenesis and sexual reproduction, this research applied the pressure drop comparing method, simple insertion cover-slip, compound insertion cover-slip and chamber culture method. This paper also intorduced some improved techniques. The results showed that compound insertion cover-slip method was the most favorable one, and associated with improved techniques, it would get the optimum result. The associated optimum combination should be widely applied in specimen making for its practicability.
