摘　　要：我国《合同法》明确确立了合同保全制度,在合同救济立法上迈出了新台阶,有了新的突破。本文就撤销权的性质特征、构成要件、撤销权的行使及执行中存在的问题等问题进行了探讨。The Security System of contract Claim is defined clearly in Contract Law, which means new steps and new breakthroughs in the law of contract remedies. Features ,essential elements and implement of the right of revocation are discussed in the paper as well as the problems appearing in the process of implementing it.
