摘  要:采用乙烯基有机硅(VSI)和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)对丙烯酸树脂进行改性,以阴离子型乳化剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和非离子乳化剂(OP-10)为复合乳化剂,通过核壳乳液聚合技术制备出核壳型有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液,并用透射电子显微镜对其结构进行了表征.研究结果表明,SDBS和OP-10复配可产生协同效应,当m(SDBS):m(OP-10)=2:1,ω(乳化剂)为3%~4%(相对于单体总质量)时,乳化效果最佳;当ω(GMA)为4%(相对于单体总质量)、ω(VSI)为8%(相对于单体总质量)、ω(甲基丙烯酸)为5%时,乳液聚合稳定性好,涂膜具有优良的耐水性、较好的机械强度和粘接力,涂层织物具有较好的手感和撕裂强度.The acrylic resin was modified by vinylsilicone(VSI) and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA). Anionic emulsifier SDBS and nonionic emulsifier OP-10 was used as multiple emulsifiers in core-shell emulsion polymerization to synthesize acrylate modified by polysiloxane core-shell emulsion, which was characterized via transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results indicated that SDBS and OP-10 as multiple emulsifiers could cooperate well, and the emulsifier efficiency was highest when the emulsifier amount was 3 % -4% with the mass ratio of 2 : 1. The emulsion with good stability of polymerization, films with good water-resistance, adhesive ability and mechanical strength, and coated fabrics with good feeling and tear strength were available, while the mass fraction of GMA was 3- 4% (based on the total mass of monomers), the mass fraction of VSI was 8 % (based on the total mass of monomers), the mass fraction of methacrylic acid was 5% (based on the total mass of monomers).
