摘　　要：目的:探讨槲皮素-钼配合物的抗氧化作用。方法:分别用邻苯三酚法和水杨酸法测定槲皮素-钼配合物对超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)和羟基自由基(·OH)的清除作用,并与槲皮素进行比较。结果:槲皮素-钼配合物对O2-·和·OH均有明显的清除作用,其对O2-·的清除作用优于槲皮素。结论:槲皮素-钼配合物具有较为显著的抗氧化作用。Aim： To investigate the antioxidation of the complex of quercetin and molybdenum. Methods：Using improved pyrogallic acid way and ortho-oxybenzoic acid way to qualify the inhibitive effects of the complex of quereetin and molybdenum on superoxide anion radical（ O2^- ） and hdroxyl radical （ . OH） , and the results were compared with quercetin. Results： Complex of quercetin and molybdenum had remarkable cleaning effects on O2^- and .OH , and its cleaning effect on oxyradical were better than quereetin. Conclusion： Complex of quercetin and molybdenum has comparatively conspicuous antioxidation.
