摘　　要：在合作与竞争共存的状态下,知识产权风险成为合作创新企业所面临的首要风险.为了有效地规避知识产权风险的同时达成合作目标,本文在交易成本理论与资源理论等相关文献回顾的基础上,将伙伴机会主义行为引发的知识产权风险进一步细分知识产权流失风险和知识产权投入风险,并依据风险类型的不同提出了相应的防范和控制措施.Intellectual property risk has become the most important factor of the cooperative and innovative enterprises under the coexistence situation of cooperation and competition. In order to facilitate collaboration development successfully and reduce intellectual property risk at the same time , on the basis of literature review on transaction cost theory and resource-based theory, intellectual property risk caused by partnerls opportunistic behavior was defined and divided into intellectual property losing risk and intellectual property input risk . Finally, the related measures are put forward.
