增加企业职工工资对经济发展的作用分析

摘　　要：增加一般竞争性行业职工工资,有利于促进消费增长,改善消费增长滞后于投资和出口增长的状况;有利于产业结构和产品结构调整,提高经济效益;有利于劳动力素质提高;有利于缩小贫富差距,从而促进经济又好又快地发展。To raise staff＇s wages in general competitive industries will help to promote the consumption increase, improve the situation of consumption increase lagging behind investment and export increase; Be good for the adjustment of industrial structure and product structure, improving economic benefit; Be good for improvement of labor force quality, reducing the gap between rich and poor, and therefore promote the quick and better development of economy.
