摘　　要：本文根据对国家、行业，特别是地矿部门战略性结构调整的形势、动态及思路的理解和分析，就核地质系统地质工作战略性结构调整如何进行，应采取的步骤和措施，以及可望达到的效果和目的等，提出了自己的意见和看法。According to the understanding and analysis on the situation, development and thinking of strategic structural adjustment in the country, the industry, especially in the department geoogical mineral resources, the paper puts forward the snggestions and views on the step and measure should be adopted, the effect and goal can be achieved as carrying 0n strategic structural adjustment in the geological work of nuclear industry.
