摘　　要：目的:探讨额部扩张皮瓣修复鼻缺损术的观察及护理方法。方法:对16例行额部扩张皮瓣修复鼻缺损的患者进行有针对性的心理护理,重点做好术前准备,术后作好术区护理、扩张器植入后、注水期、皮瓣转移及断蒂术后的各期护理。结果:本组16例患者术后跟踪随访3-12月,无并发症发生,外形恢复良好,手术效果满意。结论:额部皮瓣扩张法修复鼻缺损是一种历时较长、难度较大的手术,手术的成功不仅取决于手术者高超的技术还取决于患者良好的心态以及术前术后精心护理,重点观察皮瓣血运,及时采取相应的护理措施尤为重要,在很大程度上提高了手术效果。Objective：For the purpose of the expansion of flap repair defect of the nasal observation and care. Methods：16 routine for the Department of expansion flap for patients with nasal defects targeted psychological care, to focus on preoperative preparation, the District of postoperative care for, the expander after implantation,the injection period, broken pedicle flap transfer and after periods care. Results：The 16 patients after tracking follow-up three months -1, without complications, shape good recovery, surgery with satisfactory result. Conclusions：For the expansion of the flap repair is a nasal defect lasted longer, it is quite difficult for surgery, surgical operation depends not only on the success of those superb technology also depends on the mentality of patients with good preoperative and postoperative meticulous care, focusing on observation flap blood supply, take timely measures to the corresponding care is particularly important, to a large extent improved surgical results.
