摘  要:本文研究了1Cr11MoN iW 1VNbN不锈钢不同热处理后的力学性能,结果表明,它的强度随回火温度升高而下降,且在660℃以下快速下降,材料塑性随回火温度的升高而升高,1050℃的试样强度和塑性都比较高。冲击功随回火温度升高先上升后下降再升高,在695℃处回火有一个最低点。综合分析得到最佳热处理制度为:1050℃淬火,660℃回火。The mechanical properties of 1Cr11MoNiW1VNbN stainless steel subjeced to various heat treat- ments are studied. The results show that the strength of the stainless steel decreased with increasing the tempering temperature, and decreased rapidly below 660 ℃. The ductility increased with the increasing tempering temperature, and the strength and ductility of the steel are relatively high at temperature 1050 ℃. The impact work is first increased with the increasing tempering temperature then decreased and increased again, and has the lowest point at 695 ℃. After synthetical analysis, the optimum heat treatment process is determined: quenching temperature 1050 ℃, tempering temperature 660 ℃.
