染虫藏马鸡血液指标的测定分析

摘　　要：利用分光光度计法对西宁市动物园饲养的5只藏马鸡进行了血液生化分析,研究了藏马鸡在感染柔嫩艾美尔球虫(Eimeria tenella)后15项指标的变化情况。结果表明:RBC显著降低(P<0.01),而PCV和WBC较正常值也下降;血清白蛋白含量和碱性磷酸酶活性均降低,球蛋白含量升高,且差异极显著(P<0.01);谷草转氨酶活性显著升高(P<0.01);钙离子浓度升高,但差异不显著(P<0.05),氯离子浓度降低且差异极显著(P<0.01)。Using spectrophotomey to investigate the effect of Eimeria tenella infection on 15 kind＇ s biochemical indexes of blood of five Tibetan eared pheasants that have breed in Xining zoo. The results were as follows： RBC level was prominent decreased （P 〈 0. 01 ）, PCV and WBC also decreased. Serum TA and ALP level were decreased, but serum globin was increased significantly （P 〈0. 01 ） . The GOT level was increased significantly （P 〈0. 01 ） . Blood consistence of Ca^＋＋ was increased and Cl- was prominent decreased （P 〈0.01 ）.
