摘　　要：目的调查2型糖尿病患者听力损害情况,探讨糖尿病性听力损害的发生机制。方法应用纯音听阈测听、声导抗测听对53例2型糖尿病患者与正常对照组43例进行听力学检查,并分组比较。结果2型糖尿病患者听力减退检出率57%,明显高于对照组33%(P<0.01),且高频听阈提高更明显;糖尿病病期≥5 a者较病期<5 a者平均听阈提高,听力减退检出率也明显高于病期短组,两者有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);有视网膜病变的糖尿病患者与无视网膜病变患者比较,听阈提高,听力减退检出率(78%)明显高于后者(45%),两者比较有非常显著性差异。结论2型糖尿病可引起患者听觉系统损害,且病期长、伴有视网膜病变的患者听力损害率较高。Objective It is to investigate the hearing impairment condition ot type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and to discuss the pathogenesis of diabetogenous hearing impairment. Methods 53 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 43 cases in normal contral group were detected audiology with pure tone auditory threshold audiometry and acoustic immitance audiometry. They were divided into groups and compared. Results The hearing defect detection rate in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients was 57%, which was obviously higher than that in control group （33%） （P〈0.01）, and high frequency auditory threshold was heightened more obviously. The average auditory threshold of diabetes stage ≥5 a patients was higher than that of diabetes stage 〈5 a patients, the hearing defect detection rate was heightened obviously, and there was very significant difference between the both sides （P〈0.01 ）. The hearing defect detection rate in diabetes patients with retinopathy was 78% and was obviously higher than that in diabetes patients without retinopathy （45 % ）, the auditory threshold was heightened, and there was very significant difference between the both sides. Conclusion Type 2 diabetes mellitus can cause auditory system of patients impairment, and the hearing impairment rate of stage long patients with retinopathy is higher.
