摘　　要：目的探讨衣原体感染的非淋菌性宫颈炎患者人β-防御素-2(HBD-2)mRNA的表达情况。方法采用RT-PCR法进行HBD-2 mRNA研究,并以15例正常组织做对照。结果正常人和患者均可检测到HBD-2 mRNA表达,但衣原体感染的非淋菌性宫颈炎患者表达明显增多。结论HBD-2参与了衣原体性宫颈炎发病过程。Objective It is to discuss the expression situation of human β - Defension- 2 （HBD - 2）mRNA in non-gonococcus cervicitis infected by Chlamydia, Methods HBD 2 mRNA was studied with RT- PCR method, 15 cases of normal tissue were contrasted. Results The expressions of HBD - 2 mRNA were detected in both health adults and patients. But the expressions in non-gonococcus cervicitis infected by Chlamydia were obviously increased, Conclusion HBD- 2 participate the development process of Chlamydia cervicitis.
