摘  要:对河北工业大学开发的“L”型蒸发器的结构作了扼要说明.针对“L”型蒸发器提出了自然循环推动力面产的计算方法;提出了抑制加热面沸腾所需的最小液柱高度的计算公式、介绍了蒸发室、加热室等结构尺寸的设计计算方法.河北省某化工厂把该蒸发器用于多效蒸发的技术改造,年节约能源折合人民币157万元.经多年的应用实践,归纳出“L”型蒸发器的五大优点.It was explained briefly that the structure of 'L' type evaporator developed by Hebei University of Technolgy. The calculation formula of natural circulate driving force △P for 'L' type of evaporator was put forward, and the minimum liquid column height of needed restraining liquid boiling on the heated face,the design sizes of evaporator - room and heated room were presented. This type of evaporator was used when a chemical plant belongs to Hebei province changing its technology for multiple - effect evaporation. For this reason,it saves cost of energy consume up to 1570 thousand yuans every year. Several features of 'L' type evaporator had been sumed up after it was used many years in practice.
