摘  要:通过室内模拟实验研究了氟苯尼考对海洋沉积物中细菌数量、呼吸作用、纤维分解作用的影响,并对不同来源沉积物中异养细菌的抗药性进行了分析.结果表明,培养前期(7d),较低浓度(10mg/kg和100mg/kg)的氟苯尼考刺激了沉积物中细菌的生长;高浓度(500mg/kg)的氟苯尼考一直表现为对细菌生长的抑制作用,最大抑制率为22%.氟苯尼考对沉积物中纤维分解作用的影响明显,作用初期即产生抑制作用,且随着氟苯尼考浓度的增加影响越显著,其中高浓度(500mg/kg)氟苯尼考对纤维分解作用的最大抑制率达91%.培养5h后,氟苯尼考对沉积物呼吸有刺激作用;从24h开始,则表现为对呼吸的抑制作用,且抑制作用随药物浓度增加而加强.实验最后阶段,不同浓度(10mg/kg、100mg/kg和500mg/kg)的氟苯尼考对呼吸作用的抑制率分别为22%、32%和43%.另外,使用过抗生素的养殖区海洋沉积物中异养细菌产生了对氟苯尼考的抗药性,而且使用过氟苯尼考的区域沉积物中细菌的抗药性明显强于使用过其它抗生素的区域.The effects of florfenicol on bacterial density, respiration and cellulosic decomposition in marine sediment were studied by spiked experiments, and the resistances to florfenicol of heterotrophic bacteria in marine sediments was analyzed. In the treatment with lower concentrations ( 10 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg), florfenicol stimulated the bacteria growth in marine sediment at the early stage (7 d) of incubation, while inhibition was observed with high concentration (500 mg/kg) of florfenicol during the whole incubation. The maximal inhibition rate was 22%. Florfenicol had significant effect on cellulosic decomposition in marine sediment, and inhibition occurred during the initial period of incubation. Meanwhile, the effect was enhanced with the increase of concentrations. Thus, the maximal inhibition rate at the highest concentration (500 mg/kg) on cellulosic decomposition reached 91%. Respiration in marine sediment was stimulated by florfenieol at 5 h. However, inhibition became more obviously with increasing of concentration after 24 h. The inhibition rates at different concentrations of 10 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg on respiration were 22%, 32% and 43%, respectively. The resistance to florfenicol of heterotrophic bacteria developed in marine sediment at the stations which used antibacterials before. Moreover, the resistance of heterotrophic bacteria at the stations which used florfenicol was greater than that at the stations which used other antibacterials.
