摘  要:分析了南京地区的气候和建筑结构的特点,指出该地区以空调能耗为主的办公类建筑的空调能耗的主要影响因素是新风指标等,并提出了适用于该地区的5项节能技术与措施:包括建筑外部特征的节能技术与措施、建筑围护结构的节能技术、建筑空调系统设备及其运行的节能技术与措施、水源热泵空调系统的应用和行为节能等,对南京地区的当前的建筑节能有一定的指导意义。The characteristics of climate and building structure in Nanjing were analyzed. The main influencing factors of air-conditioning energy consumption in public buildings were pointed out. And five appropriate energy efficiency technologies and measures were put forward, including energy efficiency technologies and measures of construction externol characteristics, building envelope energy efficiency technology, energy efficiency technologies and measures of constrtwtion equipment and running of air-conditioning systems, water source heat pump air-conditioning system and behavior energy efficiency measures and so on. Those can provide some guides to the current energy efficiency of buildings in Nanjing.
