摘　　要：天然手性化合物4-羟基-丁烯内酯(2)具有强烈的生理活性,也是合成其他一系列手性化合物的起始原料之一。本文报道了(2)的较为简单的光化学合成方法,反应时间仅需18h,而且操作方便、条件温和,产率可达72.5%以上。Natural chiral compound butyl -hydroxy butyl Alkenyl acdic cycloester（2） has strong biological reactiveness. It is also the original material to produce a system of other chiral compound. We want to introduce a light chemical composite method here, it only takes 18 hours to complete the reaction and operates easily. The productivity can reach more than 72.5%.
