雷公藤中倍半萜生物碱的分离与结构鉴定

摘　　要：目的对卫矛科雷公藤属植物雷公藤地上部分(Tripterygium wilfordiiHook.f.)进行化学成分研究。方法利用多种色谱方法进行成分分离,根据物理化学性质和波谱学分析对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从雷公藤地上部分的乙醇提取物中分离得到7个倍半萜生物碱类化合物,分别鉴定为wilforgine(1)、euonine(2)、euonymine(3)p、eritassine A(4)、wilfordinine E(5)a、quifoliunine E-Ⅲ(6)、2-O-deacetyl-euonine(7)。结论化合物6、7为首次从雷公藤属植物中分离得到。Aim To isolate and identify the constituents of ethanol extract from Tripterygiurn wilfordii. Methods The compounds were isolated by the silica gel columns, preparative TLC and Sephadex LH-20, and their structures were identified by the physico-chemical properties and the spectral analysis. Results Seven compounds were isoated from the ethanol extract of Tripterygiurn wilfordii and identified as wilforgine （ 1 ）, euonine（ 2 ）, euonymine（ 3 ）, peritassine A （ 4 ）, wilfordinine E （ 5 ）, aquifoliunine E-Ⅲ （ 6 ）, 2- O-deacetyleuonine（7）. Conclusion Compounds 6, 7 were obtained from the Tripterygiurn genus for the first time.
