摘 要:扩展了YGa3B4O12的合成温度。研究了合成温度的改变及Cr3+离子引入后发光性质的变化。合成YGa3-xCrxB4O12化合物后,对其磁学性质进行了表征。结果表明,高温合成该化合物有利于化合物荧光发射的增强,掺杂少量Cr3+可以稳定该化合物的结构并改变其发光光谱。磁化率随Cr3+含量的增加而增大。In this paper, synthesis temperature of YGa 3B 4O 12 was studied. The effect of the synthesis temperature and chromium doping on the luminescence properties were also studied. YGa 3- x Cr x B 4O 12 were synthesized and their magnetic properties were discribed. Results show that the fluorescence intensity increases with the increasing of temperature for synthesis. The structure of compounds will be stabilized and their emission spectra will be changed when small quantity of chromium was doped in. The magnetic susceptibilities increase with the increasing of Cr 3+ concentration.
