摘　　要：介绍了近年来国内外化学发光法测定铁的最新进展,包括了化学发光法测定铁的发光试剂、影响因素、操作方法、几种发光体系的机理,并提出化学发光在分析测定铁领域的研究和发展方向。未来的发展方向主要集中在采用流动注射、化学富集、色谱分离、毛细管电泳等技术联用,并辅助以计算机,提高方法的选择性方面,同时开发新的发光体系,寻找效果更好的敏化剂也成为研究的一个方向。The recent advances in the determination of iron using chemiluminescence method in the civil and abroad are introduced, including chemiluminescnce agent, affecting factors and determination stages, chemiluminescence mechanics of iron in some system. The futurther study and development trends of this field are also outlined. The future development mainly focus in the aspect of the association with the flow injection, chemical preconcentration, chromatographic separation, capillaries electrophoresis and so on, with the assistance of computer , to increace the selectivity of the method. At the same time developing new chemiluminescence system and searching for more effective sensitizers also become a research direction.
