摘  要:样品经王水分解后,在盐酸介质中,利用巯基棉分离富集矿样中的镉,并以NaCl饱和的4 moL/L沸HCl吹洗,再以0.001 moL/L HCl洗脱Cd^2+,氢化物发生原子荧光法测定其含量。通过试验确定了仪器、吸附和洗脱、氢化物发生最佳条件,并对干扰元素的允许量进行了研究。在确定的条件下测定镉,方法检出限为0.05μg/L,线性范围0.2-20μg/L,相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.6%-4.1%,加标回收率在98.5%-104.0%,方法应用于黄铁矿国家标准物质和实际样品的测定,结果与认定值相符。A method for the determination of cadmium in iron ore with hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry after sulfhydryl cotton preconcentration was established. After the sample decomposed with aqua regia,cadmium in the sample was concentrated by sulfhydryl cotton in HCl medium,purged with 4mol/L boiled HCl which was saturated by NaCl,and then eluted with 0. 001 mol/L of HCl. Subsequently,cadmium was determined with hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The optimal equipment working conditions,absorption and elution conditions and optimal conditions for hydride generation were obtained by experiments. The allowable amounts of interference elements were also investigated. The results showed that the detection limit of this method was 0.05 μg/L,the linear range was 0.2-2.0 μg/L,the relative standard deviation(n= 6)was 2.6-4.1% ,and the recovery rate was 98.5%- 104.0%. This method was applied to the determination of national standard sample and practical samples, and the results were accordant with the certified values.
