摘 要:通过对坯革的收缩温度(Ts)和感观的测定,考察了自制的改性纤维素鞣剂的用量、鞣制温度、pH和时间对其鞣制效应的影响,确定了该改性纤维素作为主鞣剂时的最佳应用工艺参数,即:用量25%、温度30℃、鞣制初始pH 4.5、终点pH 7、鞣制总时间10 h。该鞣剂具有一定的鞣革性能,能使坯革的Ts提高20.8℃,坯革色浅,粒面平细,具有较好的柔软度和丰满度。By measuring the Shrinkage Temperature(Ts)and evaluating appearance of leather, the influence of different technological parameters on tanning effect was studied, such as amount of the modified cellulose agent, tanning temperature, pH value and tanning time. The optimal tanning condition of modified cellulose is determined, as follows: the dosage of tanning agent is 25%; the tanning temperature is 30 ℃; the beginning pH is 4.5; the ending pH is 7. 0; and the total time is 10 hours. Ts of the leather is 20. 8 ℃ more than that of the acid leather, which proves that the modified cellulose has tanning property. After tanning, the leather has excellent appearance such as light color, fine grain, softness and fullness.
