摘 要:在pH为2.4的邻苯二甲酸氢钾-盐酸缓冲液中,在聚乙烯醇存在下,利用乙基紫与阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠形成离子缔合物的这一光学特性,将分光光度法和流动注射技术联用,建立了一种可用于在线分析测定环境水样中痕量阴离子表面活性剂的新方法。实验优化了体系的化学因素和流动注射系统反应条件。方法的线性范围和检出限分别为0.08 mg/L^3.5 mg/L和4.39μg/L,对含量为2.4 mg/L十二烷基苯磺酸钠进行了14次平行测定,其相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.72%。该方法已成功地应用于环境水中阴离子表面活性剂的测定,测定结果与标准方法测定值一致,其回收率为95.0%~107.4%,结果令人满意。A new flow injection spectrophotometric method was proposed for determination online of anionic surfactant in nature water. It is based on the formation of ion associates of ethyl violet and sodium dodecyl benzene sulphonate (SDBS) in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol in a potassium hydrogen phthalate and hydrochloric acid buffer solution. SDBS was determined directly by an automatic metallic element analyzer at 550 nm. The experimental conditions were optimized which were chemical factors of the reaction system and flow injection system. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of the method was 0. 08 mg/L to 3. 5 mg/L and detection limit was 4.39 g L^-1. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.72G for determination of 2. 4 mg/L of SDBS (n=14). The method had been applied successfully to the determination of anionic surfactant in nature water and the recoveries of samples were between 95.0% and 107.4 %. The results of determination are in good agreement with the standard method and the results are satisfying.
