菌株药剂敏感性对杀菌剂筛选的影响

摘　　要：试验表明，试验菌株的药剂敏感性对杀菌剂的抗菌活性有明显的影响。特别是针对黄瓜灰霉病抗药性菌筛选杀菌剂时，若试验菌株选用不当有可能漏掉某些有希望的化合物。例如若以ＳＳ或ＳＳ－ＳＲ做供试菌就会漏掉类似“乙霉威”那种选择性对ＲＳ、ＲＲ菌有效的杀菌剂。研究建议以“ＲＲ－ＳＳ”组织菌株做供试菌。The test showed that variations of the sensitivity of the test strains to fungicides would effect the antifungal activity of fungicides obviously,especially in screening fungicides being aimed at the resistant fungi of Botrytis cinerea .If unproper test strain was selected,some hopeful compounds might be left out.For example,if we used SS or SS_SR as the test strain,the fungicide like diethofencarb which possessed the specific effective to RS and RR might be left out.Herein we propose using “RR_SS”strain as the test fungi.
