摘　　要：创新才能发展,才能出业绩。搞创新要爱国,不爱国就没有动力;要敬业,自己牵线的东西就要咬住它,几十年干,做不出成绩不罢休;要重视现场,特别是工科的学生,不要小看实践知识,不要轻视劳动人民;要创新,只有创新才能够超越;人要有合理的定位;要有健康的心理和身体;要勤奋,不怕困难,团结大家,从小的事情做起。Technical innovation is a must--choice in the successful development of enterprises, and with it, great achievement can be made and other enterprises can be surpassed; technical innovation calls for the spirit of patriotism, and without it, there is no motive to work; enthusiasm in one＇s career for long is badly needed; attention should be paid to on--the--spot practice, which is fairly important, especially for engineering students. Rational orientation as well as physical and mental health are of vital importance. Diligence, not fearing difficulty and solidarity are the major factors to success.
