摘　　要：本文采用Ｐｏｒａｓｉｌ硅胶色谱柱，用异辛烷＋二氧六环（９４＋６）为流动相和紫外检测器（２５４ｎｍ），对溴氰菊酯进行正相色谱分离和测定。原药和乳油的标准偏差分别为０４和００２，变异系数分别为０４％和０７％。此方法操作简便、定量准确。A method for the determination of deltamethrin by high performance liquid chromatography with Porasil silica column at 254nm was established.The standard deviation for technical and emulsifiable concentrates were 0.4 and 0.02.The coefficients of variation of technical and emulsifiable concentrates were 0.4% and 0.7%,the average recovery were 99.0～100.7%,respectively .The method was simple,accurate and good reproducibility.
