摘　　要：本文报道了一个准确而简便的蔬菜中三唑磷残留的测试方法。样品以丙酮提取，二氯甲烷液－液分配，酸洗活性炭脱绿色素，气相色谱法（磷、硫滤色片）检测，固定相为ＯＶ－１或ＯＶ－１７。最小检出量为２４～３５×１０－１２克，最小检出浓度０００５～０００７毫升／公斤，添加回收率８８０～９２４％，变异系数５０～９０％。This paper develpoed an accurate yet simple method for determining pesticide residue of triazophos in vegetable.Samples were extracted with aceton,purified by liquid-liquid partitioning with methylene chloride,decolorized with active charcoal and finally determined by gas chromatography with OV-1 or OV-17 stationary phase and FPD with P or S filter.MDQ were 2.4～3.5×10 -12 g and MDC were 0.005～0.007mg/kg,recoveries ranged from 88% to 92% and C.V.5.0～9.0%.
