中西医结合治疗对口腔扁平苔藓的免疫调节作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨以中药为主,中西医结合治疗对口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)免疫调节作用。方法:采用益气养血,理气活血化瘀的中药及0.5%维甲酸软膏,对36例OLP患者进行临床治疗。观察治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果:中药对OLP患者T淋巴细胞亚群有调节作用,CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8治疗后均明显提高,P<0.01,且中西医结合治疗效果更佳。结论:中药加维甲酸治疗OLP对T淋巴细胞有明显的双向调节作用,说明中西结合治疗OLP是一种有效的治疗方法,值得推广应用。Objective：To study the role of integrated Chinese-western therapy on immunoregulation of oral lichen planus by putting the traditional chinese drug first.Methods ：The traditional Chinese drugs of supplementing vital energy and nourishing blood as well as promoting vital energ circulation,invigorating the blood circulation and dispersing blood stasis and 0.5% retinoic acid ointment were used in 36 patients with oral lichen planus.The change of T-lymphocyte subpopulation was observed respectively before and after treatment. Results：The traditional Chinese drug had regulatory role on T-lymphocyte subpopulation in patients with oral lichen planus,the levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 increased obviously compared with those before treatment,and the effect of integrated chinese-western therapy was better.Conclusion ：The traditional Chinese drug combined retinoic acid in oral lichen planus has obvious dyadic regulatory role on Tlymphocyte.The integrated Chinese-westem therapy is an effective way for oral lichen planus, and is worthy of expansion and application.
