摘　　要：介绍了小波分析基本原理，利用高频系数特点阐述了基于小波分解的语音干扰定量评估思想，根据试验结果提出了基于分帧的平稳小波变换法，并通过多组干扰语音验证了该方法的一致性。Firstly, the principles of wavelet are introduced in this paper. According to the characteristics of coefficient of high frequency, the quantitative evaluation method on jammed speech effect based on frame stationary wavelet transform is expatiated. According to the experiment result, the new method using frame stationary wavelet transform is put forward. And the consistency of this method is validated through many groups of jammed speech.
