经纤维支气管镜置入支架治疗气道狭窄26例临床分析

摘　　要：目的对气道狭窄患者纤维支气管镜引导下行气道内支架成形术的临床应用进行评估。方法纤维支气管镜引导下予26例气道狭窄合并严重气促患者行气道内支架成形术。结果26例均获成功,支架留置后患者气促立即改善。结论纤维支气管镜引导下内支架成形术能显著提高气道狭窄患者的生活质量,气管支架置入术是治疗重症气道狭窄的有效方法。[Objective] To estimate of the clinical application of stents guided by fiberbronchoscope for traeheobronehial stenosis. [Methods] Stents were put in the traeheobronehial guided by fiberbronehoseope for 26 patients with traeheobronehial stenosis and asthma. [Results] All the 26 eases were sueeessful, and asthma was solved. [Conclusions] The living quality of the traeheobronehial-stenosis-pafient is improved by stents. The traeheal stent implantation is an effective means for severe traeheal stenosls.
