后路腰椎间盘镜术后椎间隙感染分析(附11例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨后路腰椎间盘镜术后椎间隙感染的原因、特点及防治。方法1999年9月～2006年12月应用椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘退行性疾病发生的椎间隙感染11例。其中男6例,女5例;平均年龄38.4岁,急性感染6例,迟发感染5例。全部感染患者采用保守治疗,2～6个月痊愈,经过1年随访疗效满意。结果后路腰椎间盘镜术后椎间隙感染的原因可能有术中污染、患者自身抵抗力低下等,症状多属轻型,保守治疗可以痊愈。结论加强患者易感因素的控制,严格无菌操作及管理,可降低并防止椎间隙感染的发生。[Objective] To explore the causes, characteristics and treatment of intervertebral infection following microendoscopic discectomy. [Methods] An analysis of 11 patients （6 male and 11 female） of postoperative intervertebral infection following microendoscopic discectomy was performed, including 6 patients of acute infection and 5 patients of chronic infection： The average age of the patients was 38.4 years, ranging from 29-48 years. All 11 patients were treated with conservative therapy and totally recovered in 2～6 months. [Results] The infection following microendoscopic discectomy was possibly caused by the contamination in the operation and preoperative risk factors; its clinical symptom was usually slight and the infection could be cured by the conservative therapy. [Conclusion] The occurrence of intervertebral infection can be reduced and prevented through the treatment in preoperative risk factors, the strict sterile operation and management on the operating room.
