摘 要:建立了某SRV发动机罩的有限元模型,利用MSC.Nastran有限元软件分析了该发动机罩的自由模态,得到了其各阶振动频率和振型。与路面激励频率、发动机激励频率、白车身固有频率进行了对比,指出了其中可能存在共振的频率,并提出了以壳单元厚度为变量、1阶和3阶固有频率为约束条件、系统质量最轻为优化目标的频率优化方案。结果表明,优化后发动机罩前3阶固有频率能有效地避开共振频率。We set up the FEM model of the engine hood of a SRV and analyzed the free mode by using FEM software MSC.Nastran and obtained the vibration frequencies and types of each phase.The comparisons between the road excitation frequency,the engine excitation frequency and the inherent frequency of body-in-white showed the possible frequency of resonance,and then the frequencies optimization proposal are presented with shell unit thickness as variable, phase and phase 3 inherent frequencies as restraint condition,and the least system mass as optimization target.The results indicated that phase 1,phase 2 and phase 3 inherent frequencies of the optimized engine hood could avoid the resonance effectively.
