摘  要:利用自制的含有环氧键的液晶高分子对环氧树脂/芳香胺固化体系进行改性,对改性样品进行了测试。对比改性前后环氧树脂性能,发现含环氧键的液晶高分子能显著提高环氧树脂的韧性,并对环氧树脂的耐热性也有较大程度的改善。采用SEM分析了改性环氧树脂体系的断面结构。Epoxy resin was modified by the polymeric liquid crystals containing epoxy chemical bond, and the modified sample was tested. Compared with the properties of the sample before modification, it was found the use of polymeric liquid crystals containing epoxy chemical bond could upgrade the toughness of the epoxy resin, and the heat resistance of the resin was also improved obviously. The fractured surface Of the modified system was studied by means of SEM.
