摘  要:采用透气膜专用料制备了透气膜专用料,考察了拉伸温度、拉伸比、薄膜厚度对聚烯烃透气膜透气性能的影响,对吹膜工艺和流延工艺进行了比较。实验结果表明:对于特定的透气膜专用料,薄膜拉伸比、拉伸温度、薄膜厚度是影响透气膜透气性能的主要因素,与制膜工艺关系不大。The special compound for breathable film was prepared. The effects of stretching temperature, stretching ratio and film thickness on the water vapour transmission rate (WVTR) of polyolefine breathable film properties were studied. The technologies for the film blowing and film casting were compared. The results showed the stretching ratio, stretching temperature and film thickness were the main factors having effects on the WVTR of the polyolefine breathable film, and the molding processing technology had little effect on the property.
