院系教学督导工作的特点及规范化建设的探讨

摘　　要：结合院系督导工作的实践,探索了院系督导工作的特点,阐述了院系督导队伍的结构及自身建设的要求,开展了院系督导制度的全面建设,以及处理好院系督导工作的几个关系,进一步探讨了院系督导工作规范化建设,从而促进院系督导工作从自发向自觉、从随意性向规范化、科学化转变。Combining the practice of superintendence in the School of Pharmacy, the authors probe into the characters of superintendence in sub - colleges and departments of a university, expound the structure of supervising staff and requirements of self development, propose the overall construction of the superintending system and several relationships that should be handled properly in superintendence. And then, the standardizing construction of superintendence in colleges and departments of a university is discussed in order to promote the collegeand department superintendence from spontaneity to consciousness and the transformation of randomness to normaliztion and scientificity.
