摘 要:采用22Na+同位素示踪法研究小麦在NaCl胁迫下根系的Na+外排能力,并对植株法与外排液法2种测定方法进行了比较。结果表明,小麦根系在NaCl胁迫下具有明显的Na+外排能力,且随着NaCl浓度增加而增强,以阻止过多的盐分在体内积累。使用外排液法在3个盐浓度下所测得Na+外排速率均略高于植株法,但2种测定方法差异不显著,结果基本一致。综合比较表明,在植物根系Na+外排速率的测定中,拟推荐采用外排液法,使操作简便并能减少系统误差。Two methods of nuclide isotope (^22 Na^+ ) tracer methods: plant analyzing and efflux solution analyzing, were used and compared for measuring Na^+ efflux rate of wheat mot. The results showed that roots of wheat had evident ability to pump the Na^+ out and enhanced along with the increase of NaCl stress concentration to prevent excessive Na^+ accumulated in plant. Na^+ efflux rates were no significant difference between the two methods, though the rates were little higher from efflux solution analyzing method. The efflux solution analyzing method was recommended due to its facility and low system error.
