选别鞍山地区贫磁铁矿石的合理工艺流程研究

摘　　要：通过大孤山矿石、眼前山矿石及弓长岭贫磁铁矿石的工艺矿物学研究和选别试验研究,认为采用"阶段磨矿,单一磁选-细筛再磨流程"处理鞍山贫磁铁矿石是先进的、合理的。该流程具有流程简单、运行成本低、铁回收率高、工艺可靠等优点。After the process mineralogical study and beneficiation experiments on ores from Dagushan and Yanqianshan, and lean magnetite ore from Gongchangling, it is concluded that a process consists of stage grinding, single magnetic separation, and fine screening-regrinding is technically advanced and feasible in treating lean magnetite ores from Anshan. This process is simple, reliable and applicable, while the operation cost is low and a high iron recovery can be achieved.
