摘  要:采用一种新型的材料制备技术——固液混合铸造技术制备了高铬铸铁合金坯料,研究了固液混合铸造高铬铸铁与普通铸造的合金在退火和淬火处理后的硬度和耐磨性能。结果表明,固液混合铸造制备的高铬铸铁合金经退火处理后硬度较普通铸造合金有所提高,但各种工艺制备的合金淬火处理后硬度差别不大;固液混合铸造工艺提高了高铬铸铁合金的耐磨性;退火合金中采用固液混合试样的耐磨性较普通铸造试样明显提高,淬火处理的合金中固液混合铸造试样的耐磨性略好于普通铸造。A new technology for material preparation, solid-liquid mixed casting (SliM) process, was used to prepare high chromium cast iron alloys. Investigations were made on the hardness and abrasion performance of the high chromium cast iron alloys and conventional cast alloys after quenching and annealing. The results showed that the after-annealing hardness of the alloys from the solid-liquid mixed casting was improved compared to that from the conventional casting. However, the alloys prepared by the two processes have little difference in the hardness after quenching. The abrasion performance of the high chromium cast iron is obviously enhanced by solid-liquid mixed casting process. Compared to the conventional casts, the alloys obtained by solid-liquid mixed casting have a greatly-improved abrasion performance after annealing and a slightly better abrasion performance after quenching.
