摘  要:针对稠油常采区块储层的特点,对清洗剂、酸液配方及酸液添加剂进行了筛选和评价。实验结果表明,QX-01清洗剂的溶蜡、溶油速率分别为3.222,7.153mg/(mL·min),能有效溶解原油中的胶质、蜡质,防止酸液与原油产生酸渣。以土酸为主体的酸液可以增大岩芯渗透率,酸化后岩芯渗透率为原始渗透率的2.05倍。酸液中HF的含量应控制在1.5%~2.0%.以避免过度酸化溶解地层.破坏岩石骨架。Based on the characteristic of conventional heavy oil production block, the washing agent, acid liquor formula and the additive have been screened and evaluated. The experiments showed that the rate of solubilization wax and oil of washing agent, QX-01, are 3.222 and 7.153 mg/(mL ,min) respectively, the gelatines and waxes in the oil to be dissolved to prevent the acid sludge from acid liquor and oil. The acid liquor, mud acid as the main ingredients, can increase the permeability of the core by 2.05 times than the original one. In order to avoid over-acidification dissolved stratum, destruction of rock structure, HF acid content should be controlled strictly at 1.5% to 2.0%.
