摘　　要：本文以城市可持续发展系统为研究出发点,创造性地提出城市可持续发展风险定义,在此基础上,构建城市可持续发展风险指标体系,并建立城市可持续发展风险评价模型,从可持续发展风险系数和协调发展风险系数两个方面对城市可持续发展风险进行综合考察,利用该模型对1995-2005年新疆乌鲁木齐市的城市可持续发展风险状况进行了综合评价并提出相关对策建议。Starting from the research of urban sustainable development system, the definition of urban sustainable developmental risk and the risk indexes system were put forward for the first time. Based on it, the model of risk evaluation about urban sustainable development was setup. According to the risk coefficient of sustainable and harmony, the risk evaluation and analysis on the sustainable development situation of Urumqi in 1995 - 2005 was taken.
