摘  要:水资源承载力是关系到一个地区资源与社会经济健康和谐发展的重要因素之一,尤其是沙漠型城市。本文在总结水资源承载力分析方法的基础上,利用水资源综合承载力指数法分析克拉玛依区水资源承载力,认为农业用水量占克拉玛依区总用水量较大比重,且用水量非常大。因此,需慎重考虑农业用水水源及用水量,此外,克拉玛依区工业、生活及其它用水方面也需采取有效措施,合理规划,以实现水资源可持续利用与社会经济协调发展。Water Carrying Capacity is one of the most important factors which are related to the healthy and balance of resources and society, especially in the desert city. On the base of anaysis the calculating methods of water carrying capacity, the index of regional water balance(IWSD) was used to calculate the water carrying capacity Kelamayi. Results showed that the water consumption of agriculture was more than other ways. it was so large that we must consider its resources and scale carefully. Also, the industry, living and other water consumption must be taken effective activities and right planning to achieve the balance of water resource and social economy.
