经椎旁椎间孔注射参麦注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:比较经椎旁椎间孔注射参麦注射液、曲安奈德及参麦注射液加曲安奈德混合液对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将90例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为中药组(A组)、西药组(B组)和中西药组(C组),每组均为30例。中药组经椎旁椎间孔注射参麦注射液4ml、2%利多卡因1ml,西药组经椎旁椎间孔注射曲安奈德1ml、2%利多卡因1ml,中西药组经椎旁椎间孔注射参麦注射液3ml、曲安奈德1ml、2%利多卡因1ml。结果:中药组和西药组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中西药组与中药组和西药组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经椎旁椎间孔注射参麦注射液对腰椎间盘突出症有较好疗效。Objective:To compare the curative effect of SHENMA1ZHUSHEYE(SMZSY,a TCM composition),triamcinolone acetonide,SMZSY and triamcinolone acetonide injected through foramen intervertebrale by the side of vertebral body on curing lubar intervertebrai disc protrusion.Methods:90 cases of patients with lubar intervertebrai disc protrusion were randomly divided into three groups,group A(TCM group,SMZSY 4 ml and 2% dolicaine 1 ml were added through foramen intervertebrale by the side of vertebral body),group B(western medicine group,triamcinolone acetonide 1 ml and 2% dolicaine 1 ml were given) and group C(group,SMZSY 3 ml,triamcinolone acetonide 1 ml and 2% dolicaine 1 ml were used),30 cases in each group.Result:There had no statistical discrepancy in group A and group B(P > 0.05),but there had in group C with group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:SMZSY injected through foramen intervertebrale by the side of vertebral body had better curative effect on lubar intervertebrai disc protrusion.
