摘　　要：民营企业档案的构成不同于国营企业档案,它具有综合性、现实性、知识性和经济属性四个特点。鉴于民营企业档案管理水平极不平衡的现状和知识经济发展的需要,民营企业档案的发展趋势应该是大力借助网络管理技术、主动加强知识理论创新、积极探索一体化管理模式、逐步完善企业信用档案以弘扬企业文化。The composition of the Private enterprises＇ archives which has the following four characteristics of integration, reality, intellectual and economic property is different from the state - owned enterprises. Due to the unbalanced situation of the personal enterprises＇ archives management and the requirements of the intellectual economy, the general trend of the personal enterprises＇ archives is that the archives management, with the help of the network management, should be innovated theoretically, operated systematically as a whole to perfect the credit archives for the purpose of glorifying the enterprises＇ culture.
