摘 要:研究山杨高得率浆(CTMP、APMP)废水在实验室采用上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器进行生物处理的可行性及其净化效果。结果表明:(1)从间歇厌氧试验可以看出,两种废水的可生化处理性尚好,但对厌氧微生物均有抑制作用,且以CTMP废水较严重;(2)山杨CTMP废水,在全部水力停留时间(HRT为17.5~70h)内,负荷量为1.75~7.40kgCOD/m3·d时,CODcr、BOD5的去除率分别为53.5%~62.3%(平均59.0%)和83.5%~88.6%(平均87.1%),沼气产量为0.92~1.06L/L废水(平均1.0),沼气中甲烷含量为78%~80%,产率为243~263mL/gCOD去除(平均252);(3)山杨APMP废水,在全部水力停留时间(HRT从24~65h)内,负荷量为2.47~6.31kgCOD/m3·d,CODcr、BOD5去除率分别为69.0%~72.3%(平均70.7%)和91.4%~92.3%(平均91.9%),沼气产量为1.42~1.52L/L废水(平均1.48),沼气中甲烷含量为69%~72%,产率为221~232mL/gCOD去除(平均225)。与CTMP废水相比,A?The treatability and pollutant removal efficiency of CTMP and APMP effluents of Populus davidianas were studied by means of a lab scale UASB process.The results showed that:(1)These two effluents were of good treatability,but both were inhibitory to anaerobic microbes and the degree of inhibition of the first effluents was a little higher than that of the second.(2)At the charge of 1 75~7 4 kg COD/m 3.d(HRT=17 5~70 h),COD cr and BOD 5 removals for the first effluents were in the range of 53 5%~62 3% (average=59 0%) and 83 5%~88 6%(average=87 1%),respectively.Biogas output was 0 92~1 00 L/L effluents (average=1 0).Methane content of the biogas was 78%~80% and methane yield was 243~263 mL/g COD removed(average=253).(3)At the charge of 2 47~6 31 kg COD/m 3.d(HRT=24~65 h),COD cr and BOD 5 removals for the second effluents ranged 69 0%~72 3% (average=70 7%)and 91 4%~92 3% (average=91 9%),respectively. On each litre of effluents,1 42~1 52 L biogas (average=1 48) was produced.Methane content of the biogas was 69%~72%,with yield of 221~232 mL/g COD removed (average=225). The APMP effluents was more easily treated than CTMP effluents.(4)If UASB was followed by a short period aerobic treatment, the removal efficiency for both effluents would be improved.
