摘  要:球床式高温气冷堆(HTGR)具有安全性高、可连续运行等优点,已被列入我国“十一五”重大专项。燃料装卸系统是HTGR的重要组成部分,而燃料球检测是保证装卸系统连续可靠运行的关键技术。本文设计了一种“外装式”过球检测系统,其传感器的安装无需破坏过球管道,保证了装卸系统的安全性和维护的方便性。信号处理电路采用了直接数字频率合成技术(DDS)、高速鉴频鉴相技术以及幅值检波技术,有效提取了过球信号。实验表明,在过球速度为0.1-10m/s范围内,该系统能够准确地检测离散过球和连续过球。The pebble-bed High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactor (HTGR) can work continuously with high reliability. It has been listed in the national 11th five-year plan. The fuels handling system is an important part of HTGR. The fuel balls inspecting system is significant to the operation validity of fuels handling system. An inspecting system with outside fixed sensors is designed. The sensor can be installed or removed without destruction of the ball-passing pipes. This makes the handling system safer and easier to be maintained. The direct digital synthesis (DDS), ultrahigh speed phase/frequency discriminator and amplitude detectors are used to inspect the ball-passing signals. Experiments show that the system can inspect the discrete and continuous ball-pass accurately when the speed is between 0. 1m/s and 10m/s.
