摘  要:在用瑞利散射法诊断团簇尺度的实验中,提出了相对强度测量法,为此设计了一个基于高速采样的信号波形获取与处理系统,提出了信号寻峰算法及拟合算法,完成了系统软件的设计,实现了对两路信号波形的获取与快速处理,并成功地应用于瑞利散射诊断团簇尺度的实验中。In the experiments of Rayleigh scattering for diagnosing the size of clusters, a method of relative intense of signal was presented. An acquisition and process system of signal shape for Rayleigh scattering was designed based on high speed sampling technology. An algorithm for finding the signal peak and simulating the signal shape was studied. A software for the acquisition and process system was developed on MSVC. The acquisition and realtime process for 2 signals was realized and used successfully in the experiments for the measurements of cluster size with Rayleigh scattering.
